1, clutch separation is not thorough
Terms of settlement:
(1) the ball head of the 3 separating rods is not on the same working face. When the clutch is separated, part of the spring can not be fully compressed, the clutch can not be completely separated. The 3 separating bars should be adjusted in the same plane according to the requirements.
(2) the thickness of the new friction lining is too thick. At this point, the clutch pedal will not be able to completely separate the friction lining, replace the standard friction lining, or add the appropriate thickness of metal gasket between the clutch disc and flywheel.
(3) the ball head of the separating rod is seriously worn or the free travel of the pedal is too large. At this point, the clutch pedal working stroke is reduced, the clutch can not be completely separated. The clearance between the ball head and the separating bearing should be adjusted correctly.
(4) the first shaft of the gearbox is not concentric with the bearing hole of the engine flywheel shaft. At the same time, the first axle is easy to deform, and the friction lining is not parallel to the separation surface. Even if the clutch pedal goes to the end, the friction lining still contacts with the flywheel or the pressure plate, but cannot be separated thoroughly. Should check first bearing hole and flywheel bearing hole wear is overrun, driven disk pendulum difference is too large, crankshaft axis and flywheel working surface is vertical, at the same time, but also check or correct the first axis.
(5) there are positive and negative points in the clutch driven plate of some locomotives, so the clutch can not be installed when it is installed, otherwise the clutch will not be separated completely or can not be combined.
(6) the driven disk can not be separated from the flywheel or pressure plate. Because of the large humidity of the friction lining or the long-term parking of the locomotive, the driven disk will be rusted together with the flywheel or pressure plate, causing the clutch pedal to be unable to cut off the power. The locomotive can be hung at low speed, at the same time, the clutch pedal is pressed and braking method is added, so that the rusted friction lining is forcibly separated, and the clutch is disassembled and repaired if necessary.
(7) deformation of steel plate of driven plate. If the clutch is overheated for a long time or it is slipping, it will cause the deformation of the steel plate of the driven plate and cause the partial abrasion and separation of the friction lining. At this point, the driven plate should be corrected and replaced if necessary.
(8) improper adjustment of the middle platen adjusting screw of the double plate clutch. Some locomotive adopts double plate clutch, if the middle pressure plate adjustment screw gap is not consistent or not, will make the clutch separation is not complete.
2, friction lining slip
Resolvent:
(1) the ball head of the 3 separating rods is not on the same working face. The gap separating rod ball and bearings if inconsistent, the clutch pedal, bearing due to uneven force and abrasion, and premature damage; at the same time, also caused the clutch spring pressure uneven or insufficient, causing friction slip lining, so to correct adjustment. For example, the clearance between the ball head and the separating bearing of Dongfanghong 75 is 3.5-4.5mm, and the error can not exceed 0.5mm.
(2) the free stroke of the pedal is too small. In the process of using the locomotive, the free stroke of the pedal will become smaller due to the wear of the friction lining, and the friction lining can not be fully fitted with the pressure plate and the flywheel, resulting in a slip. At this point, the clearance between the ball head and the separating bearing should be adjusted according to the requirements.
(3) the surface of the friction lining is stained with grease. If the friction lining is contaminated with grease, the friction coefficient will decrease greatly and slip phenomenon will appear. In this case, the source of oil pollution should be judged first. For example, if there is gear oil, it comes from the front axle oil seal of the gearbox; if there is oil, it comes from the engine crankshaft rear oil seal; if there is butter, it is because the clutch bearing is too much butter, because there are first kinds of grease. Then the corresponding measures can be taken to prevent and control the oil leakage, at the same time, the clutch should be cleaned so that the friction lining can be restored to clean condition.
(4) clutch spring break or lack of elasticity. The spring break should be replaced, the spring elasticity is insufficient, and the washer can be added into the spring seat to recover its elasticity, which can avoid the slipping of the friction lining caused by insufficient spring pressure.
(5) the wear, hardening and wear of the friction linings are too thin. If the driven plate slips for a long time, the friction lining will be ablated and hardened, leading to the deformation of the pressure plate spring and the separating rod, and the original working performance will be lost. In addition, when the friction lining is too thin, the rivet head will protrude, and the flywheel or the working surface of the pressure plate will be pulled out. All of these will cause friction lining slip. Therefore, file, scrape, turn or replace the damaged parts.
3. Abnormal sound in clutch
Resolvent:
(1) when the driven disc steel hub and the gearbox first shaft spline are loose, they also produce a crisp sound. If the noise is not enough, it can continue to be used, and the new parts should be replaced in serious cases.
(2) separating bearing noise. If the long time separation of bearing oil, the rolling ball and the rolling ring will be killed due to overheating, when the clutch pedal, separation rod ball head with rolling ring relative friction and make a noise, at the same time, also have high temperature, wear and acceleration of this part. But when the clutch pedal is released, the noise disappears. The separated bearings should be removed and repaired according to their different degrees of damage, oil filling or replacement. In addition, the separation of the ball head and the separation bearing without clearance, the bearing has been in a rotating state, and greatly shorten its service life. At this point, the clutch pedal has no free travel. When the neutral clearance is reached, the slight rotation of the bearing can be heard in the clutch. (3) noise of friction plate. Because the steel plate of the driven plate is warped, the surface of the friction lining is uneven, the strength is not enough or the friction lining is often sliding, it is easy to cause the friction lining to be broken. 2, friction lining slip
Resolvent:
(1) the ball head of the 3 separating rods is not on the same working face.
